In case you missed it [like I did] today [April 6th] Nicki Minaj hit up ‘The Today Show’ to talk about how she picks her outfits on a day-to-day, and how she felt before he performance at 2012′s Supper Bowl.

Every time I get ready to love me some Nicki again, I see one of her live performances and wonder what happened. You have to be honest, the woman knows what she’s doing. She may not always make music that the Hip Hop world approves of, but it kills over seas.
Recently Nicki Minaj performed her hit single ‘Starships’ live in Japan. My only bone I have to pick is her lip Rapping. I will never understand it, but the crowd at least had a good time.
Sidenote: if she isn’t lip rapping, then she needs a louder mic.
Normally I like Nicki’s rap music but this time around it’s a no go for me. However I will say it has a nice beat to it.

I’m honestly trying to be open minded when it comes to Nicki Minaj these days seeing that she’s always saying she doesn’t want to be put in a box. With this being said when I seen her album cover I thought to myself, if Lady Gaga or Katy Perry had an album cover like this, would I approve… My answer was still a huge hell no.
Not only does this ALBUM cover look like a mixtape, but it also looks like someone took what could have been an amazing photo of Nicki, went into Photo Shop, grabbed a few brushes, splattered plant all over her, and then simply grabbed an Impact like font to write the album name.
*sighs* If Nicki is giving people like this chances to do her album cover I could have done that. Just like on her Pink Friday album when I said it looks like a beginner did her album graphics, I feel the same way about this one.
To make matters worse, the music we’ve heard on Nicki’s ‘Pink Friday Roman Reloaded’ has not been a big fan favorite unless your one of the “Barbs,” however I will guarantee you people get the album anyways just the see what’s on it.
Something about taking a break from romance makes you focus on self. There’s no longer strong arms to hide behind. Instead I stand in the mirror and face reality…I need to get my life together.
