I know I’m late on this video but I love the song so I don’t care.
In case you haven’t seen Lil Wayne’s music video ‘Mirror’, I warn you now that it has a disturbing feel to it, but that really should be no surprise seeing that this is Lil Wayne we’re talking about here.
The video starts out with Weezy showing off his tattoos and slowly moves over to himself and Bruno Mars painting something on the wall. At the end of the video the painting is revealed.
With a painting of Weezy on a cross made up of music notes, in one hand a mic and the other I’m not so sure about in red, black and silver paint, it really makes me wonder what goes on in that mans head. I know I might be a little freaked out by it because let’s be real, most of the best artist that are in their own lane like Wayne is are just a little different, and that’s why we love them so much.
Now it may not seem that long to you all, but I’ve been waiting for this video for a little bit now and I have to admit it makes me pretty hype when I watch it. You got Drake, actually looking good to my personal eyeballs for once, Wayne in some line green boots, I dont know what kind of pants, and he’s ghost riding his car the whole damn video. Not to mention I know I’m not the only one that seen him lay flat on his car while it was still moving. And then you have Tyga and E40. What more could I want for the video. It honestly made me love the song all over again. Check out the video and tell me what you think.
New video from B.O.B. featuring Lil Wayne ‘Strange Clouds’ which will be on his ‘Strange Clouds’ album that drops in March of 2012. Check out the video and tell me what you think.
Can I say this whole video is nothing but fuckery???? So let me get this straight. Two of Lil Wayne’s male groupies pretty much stake out his house until he opens the door. The groupies get smooth cussed out and then are happy about it??? Did I miss something here? Check out the video above where Lil Wayne tells two of his fans he will kick their heads off if they don’t get out of his neighborhood.
Fan: “Weezy…Can we get a quick picture bro?” Lil Wayne: “Yo, do me a favor, get the f-ck out this neighborhood, or get your head knocked the f-ck off, do that… Get the f-ck out this neighborhood homie.” Fan: “Just sightseeing though.” Lil Wayne: “Get the f-ck out this neighborhood homie.” Fans: “My bad, my bad.”
Do you think Lil Wayne was too harsh??? I mean not that it really matters since the fans where happy anyways. However how would you have handled the situation???
Inside the 2011 November Vibe issue, Lil Wayne talks about that infamous line he directed towards Jay-Z and Beyonce. According to Lil Wayne, he knew what he was doing when he dropped that line, and he knows there won’t be any “repercussions” behind it. Check out what Lil Wayne had to say below:
VIBE: You say competition is for the “old guys” but it sounds like you’re going at Jay- Z with that line, “I got your baby money/Kidnap your *****, get that how-much-you-love-your-lady-money.” Are we looking at it in the wrong way?
I know for a fact, music is about perception. You can’t do anything but perceive what you hear. If I know that for a fact, I can never be upset abut someone’s reaction to it. I’m not gonna say I don’t know what will happen before I say it [on record]. I do know what will happen. I am aware of it. It is what it is.
So you knew the repercussions of going after Jay before anything even happened?
Well, I’m a man. I believe as a man you should know that. Every man should know the repercussion and consequences behind whatever they do before they do it. And of course, I know there wont be any repercussion behind what I did.
I’m not sure when the original came out, but here’s the remix to Drake, Lil Wayne ‘The Motto’ Ft Tyga. Tell me what you think.
