[206 Event] Rich Kids Brand Fall Launch Party Recap + Photos
I knew there was a reason to be excited about going to the Rich Kids Brand Fall Launch Party at the Sole Repair, because it was definitely a good look not only for them but for Seattle as a whole. I have to admit, the event started at 8 but I didn’t get there until a little after 9, and even though I was late it was as if I got there right on time because that place was packed!!! As soon as I walked in I didn’t know where to go first, but eventually I found a decent stop to start snapping pics and then headed upstairs to get my free Rich Kids shirt [that I plan on rocking to class Friday.]
While I was there I saw my fellow blogger Casey Carter from MissCaseyCarter.com along with fashion blogger Sweets. Casey was nice enough to give me a quick interview outside the event, so stay tuned for the video. But I give you fair warning!! You all know that I can never do a normal interview and not have a little chit chat going on, so the interview was a little longer then we thought. However, you get to know a lot about Casey and why she started blogging, pluse where she wants to be years from now.
The after party was held at the Moe Bar across the street, and to my surprise it was just as poppin as the actual event! There was a nice size line outside the building, and once you got in there it was so packed that I felt like I was in a pool of people with who just wanted to have a good time. I literally took a few pictures, got myself a drink and moved to a corner so I could drink it WITHOUT spilling. Thankfully I eventually found a seat.
All and all I give this Fall Launch Party 5 stars, and I think having it invite only was the best move they could have made. It was like you had all the right people in the right place at the right time. It almost felt like a “kick back” with a crap load of people and a bar. Going to events like this make me proud to be from Seattle, it was organized, no drama, grate venue, good music, and positive energy which is always a plus!
In case you missed the event [or just want to look at the pictures] check out my photos from the main event, along with my pictures from the after party, and make sure you stay tuned to Naybesa.com for my interview with Casey Carter.
