According to court documents, Knowles filed a letter-of-intent application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in September 2008 for the Sasha Fierce mark in the fragrance category.Abercrombie said its attorneys sent a cease-and-desist letter to Knowles after it became aware of her intent, but that the singer has continued to pursue the trademark.Knowles’ attorney could not immediately be reached for comment.The singer told WWD Tuesday she would launch a fragrance with Coty Inc. early next year. The company said the product did not yet have a name.

So it turns out that maybe the first go round of pics wasn’t him however the new ones are. It stuck that people would sit up there and hack his wife’s e-mail and post those pics on the net like that. Clearly he didn’t want to be with you so why are you hatin. It was clealy a female that did it because a male wouldn’t want to even take the time to even glace at a pic like that let alone post it on the internet.
